Dr. Thea Yurkewecz-Stellato, associate professor in the School of Education, achieved her Maintenance of Certification for National Board in Literacy: Reading-Language Arts/Early And Middle Childhood. National Board Certification (NBC) is a voluntary, advanced teaching credential that goes beyond state licensure.
