FAST Account Terms and Conditions
- There is a minimum deposit requirement of $25.00
- Each individual is responsible for managing their account
- No individual account can be accessed by anyone other than the cardholder; the card is non-transferable
- The card will be confiscated if used by an unauthorized individual
- Lost or stolen cards need to be deactivated immediately using the Manage My ID Card. Only the balance at the time the card is reported missing and invalidated can be protected.
- There is a replacement charge for lost, stolen, or damaged cards
- After 12 months of inactivity, a fee of $3.00 per month will be assessed on the account
- Cash refunds are not made for returned merchandise purchased with the account
- The account holder agrees to abide by all rules, regulations, and procedures specified by CAS
- The account is taxable at the point of sale
- When requesting to close your account, the balance minus any promotional funds will be refunded
