The McNair program staff truly believes that mentorship is an essential component to overall success. Our goal is to pair our scholars with faculty mentors so that they are equipped with the proper support and guidance as they prepare themselves for doctoral studies.
Interested in becoming a McNair Faculty Mentor?
As a faculty mentor, you will meet one-on-one with your assigned mentee(s) to provide guidance on: (1) research and professional development opportunities; (2) graduate school readiness; and (3) personal and academic development.
