• The experience of Asian-American undergraduate students on predominantly white campuses (various aspects, including strengths and challenges)

Student Involvement

• Research assistants are responsible for the following tasks:
  • Recruitment of participants
  • Survey development/revision
  • Data entry
  • Literature review

• Dr. Sikka is not currently accepting new research assistants.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications

• Senior standing.
• Completion of PSYC 250 and 251 with a grade of B or above. 
• Good time management, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work both independently and in teams.
